Before purchasing a large-format printer, 3D printer, or related accessories, please read the following no-return policy carefully. This policy is designed to ensure all customers receive a new, unopened product and to guarantee the best performance and safety of our equipment.
Why We Have a No-Return Policy
Due to their nature as high-value, technologically complex products, large-format printers and their core components (such as print heads, ink cartridges, roll paper, and professional software) have strict requirements for shipping and installation environments. The value, function, and hygienic integrity of these products are severely compromised once they are opened or used, which makes them unsuitable for resale. For this reason, we enforce a strict no-return policy on these items.
Non-Returnable Product Categories
To ensure product quality, all the following items are final sale once purchased and cannot be returned:
- Large-Format Printing Equipment: All models of large-format printers, 3D printers, UV printers, and photo printers.
- Printing Consumables: All types of ink cartridges, inks, toners, ribbons, and print heads.
- Professional Accessories: All accessories, such as mainboards, motors, data cables, nozzles, sensors, and drivers.
- Media Consumables: All opened print paper, roll paper, photo cloth, photographic paper, and light box cloth.
- Software and Services: All professional software, drivers, upgrade services, and technical support services that accompany the printers.
- Custom or Special-Order Products: Equipment and accessories that are custom-made or specially ordered from the manufacturer based on your unique specifications.
Exceptions and After-Sales Service Process
Although these items are non-returnable, we are committed to providing you with comprehensive after-sales service. If your equipment experiences a quality issue or manufacturing defect within the warranty period that is not caused by misuse, please follow this process to get support:
- Contact Customer Service: Please contact our customer service team immediately with your order number, product serial number, and a detailed description of the issue.
- Technical Diagnosis: Our technical support staff will perform an initial diagnosis of your problem via phone or remote assistance.
- On-site or Factory Repair: If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, we will guide you on how to ship the equipment back to our repair center for service or arrange for a professional engineer to provide on-site service. Please note that you are responsible for the round-trip shipping costs and any additional fees for on-site service.

- No Unauthorized Disassembly: Do not disassemble or repair the equipment yourself without our authorization. Any damage caused by unauthorized disassembly or improper operation will void your warranty.
